"Our entire family went to Japan for vacation, and our beloved sister Barbie Hsu passed away due to pneumonia caused by flu complications," said Dee Hsu to Focustaiwan.tw.

"I am very grateful to have been her sister in this life and we spent time together. I will always be thankful for that and I miss her very much," Dee Hsu continued.
