Larasati Nugroho Had an Accident in Ulujami, Car Overturned Due to Drowsiness

Kapanlagi.com - Actress Larasati Nugroho was involved in a single-vehicle accident in the Ulujami area, Pesanggrahan, South Jakarta, on Thursday (30/1/2025) early morning. The incident occurred around 02:45 WIB and involved the car she was driving. The Head of Public Relations of the South Jakarta Metro Police, Kompol Nurma Dewi, explained the chronology of the accident that befell Larasati.

"The traffic accident occurred on Ulujami road on Thursday at 02:45 WIB early morning," said Kompol Nurma Dewi at the South Jakarta Police, Thursday (30/1/2025).

1. Drive a Car Alone

It is known that Larasati was driving a car alone at that time. The accident began when she was driving from north to south after dropping off her friend who lives around Ulujami. During her journey, Larasati allegedly lost concentration.

"So she finished dropping off her friend who lives around Ulujami, then she lost concentration and hit a motorcycle ridden by one person," explained Nurma Dewi.

"Then she continued driving and crashed into an empty cart with no one there," she added.

After hitting the motorcycle, Larasati continued driving and crashed into an empty cart on the side of the road. Not stopping there, the car she was driving eventually hit a tree and overturned.

"However, after that, she crashed into the tree at the scene and her car overturned. That is what happened according to the witness's statement," she said.

2. No Casualties

Fortunately, the accident did not result in any casualties. Larasati only sustained minor injuries to several parts of her body. "Currently, there are minor injuries on her forehead and then on her hand," revealed Kompol Nurma Dewi.

The main cause of the accident is still under further investigation. However, based on initial statements from Larasati, she admitted to being less focused due to fatigue.

"From her statement, she was sleepy and tired, but we will definitely investigate everything," she concluded.
