Kim Jaejoong revealed the enormous production costs of K-pop idols in the Netflix program, Try? Choo-ry!
Kapanlagi.com - The spotlight is currently on Xiumin, a member of EXO who has been banned from appearing on Music Bank. On March 4, 2025, Xiumin's agency, One Hundred, issued a shocking official statement. They accused SM Entertainment, Xiumin's former agency, of being the mastermind behind the ban, prompting fans to wonder what is really happening.
One Hundred claims that they have repeatedly tried to contact KBS to arrange Xiumin's appearance for the promotion of his solo album, 'Interview X', which is set to be released on March 10, 2025. However, KBS has not provided an adequate response. This has led to allegations that KBS unofficially bans Xiumin from appearing on their programs if any artists from SM Entertainment are also performing.
One Hundred expressed their disappointment towards KBS in their official statement. They emphasized that the ban is not due to musical factors, but rather a conflict of interest between KBS and SM Entertainment. They vowed to continue fighting for justice for Xiumin.
KBS did not remain silent and immediately denied the accusations made by One Hundred. They stated that the claims are baseless and emphasized that they have never prohibited Xiumin from performing on Music Bank, either officially or unofficially.
KBS added that communication with Xiumin's agency remains good. They are trying to maintain a positive relationship despite the differences in opinion regarding this situation.
In the midst of this tension, MC Mong also released a shocking statement on his social media. He posted a lengthy message implying his dissatisfaction with SM Entertainment and alluding to actions he considers unfair. He even threatened to release recordings related to the ban on Xiumin.
In his post, MC Mong expressed his anger towards SM Entertainment with sharp words. He mentioned, "As an adult, this is truly embarrassing. Your foolishness and greed will ultimately leave you alone. I guarantee that." This statement adds spice to the ongoing drama.
What do you think, KLovers? Keep supporting Xiumin, if not now, when else?
