In an interview with KapanLagi.com on Thursday, March 5, 2020, the creators of KINGDOM were asked about the process of writing the script for KINGDOM. Was the story of KINGDOM written all at once or not? It turns out, Kim Eun Hee admitted to taking a short break after finishing the script for the first season.
"I didn't write the scripts for two seasons at once. I took a short break after completing the script for the first season. However, because there was a second season, I ended up having to finish the script while they were filming the first season and before the first season aired," said Kim Eun Hee.

KINGDOM Season 2 will be aired on Netflix on March 13, 2020. One of the cast members of KINGDOM, Bae Doona, admitted to receiving a lot of questions about the continuation of the story of KINGDOM. The 40-year-old actress enjoyed it very much and was so happy because of the popularity of KINGDOM.
