Song Joong Ki said he went to Bali in mid-May to finish filming his latest drama, MY NAME IS LOH KIWAN. He revealed this during an interview at the Cannes Film Festival the other day.
From the synopsis that has been circulating, MY NAME IS LIH KIWAN tells the story of a North Korean defector named Loh Ki Wan (Soong Joong Ki) who intends to escape to Belgium to meet his mother, Ok Hee (Kim Sung Ryoung). However, his plan does not go smoothly as he must have refugee status from the Belgian government. While he tries to solve this problem, he meets Mari (Choi Sung Eun), a former shooter born in Belgium.
