According to the prosecutor's statement, this case began in June 2024 when the victim, a foreign woman, was intoxicated. Taeil and two of his friends are alleged to have committed organized rape.
The prosecutor also stated that the victim was deliberately incapacitated to remember the incident or the location of the event, strengthening the accusation as a crime with a high degree of intent.
