It is reported that Kim Sae Ron's family has filed a criminal complaint against Kim Soo Hyun for sexual harassment of a minor.

Through a law firm, the family of the late Kim Sae Ron filed a criminal lawsuit against Kim Soo Hyun for alleged violations of the Child Welfare Act and defamation charges.

However, Kim Soo Hyun, through his agency, Gold Medalist, counter-reported Kim Sae Ron's family for defamation.

In response, the family filed a counter-suit for defamation, feeling that they were only stating the facts of what actually happened.

Along with the criminal lawsuit, Kim Sae Ron's family also submitted an official request for an investigation to the Seoul Metropolitan Police.

They revealed that the main informant nearly became a stabbing victim by the perpetrator, who is a Korean descent from China (Joseonjok) and had just arrived in the US a few days earlier.

The person who accompanied the perpetrator to the location is also known to be a South Korean citizen who just entered the US, leading to a request for a thorough investigation into their identity.

Additionally, the family reported a suspicious car that was allegedly stalking around Aunt Kim Sae Ron's house and requested police protection for the family left behind as well as Kim Se Ui.
