After 8 Years, Lyla Band Releases a New Album Titled 'Jamuan Musim Semi'

Kapanlagi.com - Lyla Band finally revitalizes the music industry of the homeland by releasing a new album titled 'Jamuan Musim Semi'. This release is their latest work after eight years of hiatus.

With the release of this new album, it proves Lyla's existence. Moreover, considering that this band has been in the music industry of the homeland for 18 years.

"Lyla's last album was 8 years ago. Can you imagine how thirsty we were to make another album?" expressed Dharma, Lyla's keyboardist in a press conference in Kemang, South Jakarta, Wednesday (19/6).

Dharma also said that 'Jamuan Musim Semi' is very special. This is because it is now rare for a band to have an album.

"Today, musicians rarely dare and have the opportunity to have an album," he said.

Not only that, in this album each band member also contributed their own work. Like what the newest vocalist of Lyla, Ario, did.

"In Lyla, it's like there's a mandatory military service, but I'm lucky. At first, I wasn't confident, but my friends said 'let's do it'," said Ario.

"Yesterday it felt like school, but now it feels like graduation," he added.

3. Involvement of Naga

In addition, it turns out that Naga, who has already left Lyla, also contributed to the album that has been released at KFC. Besides Naga, there is also collaboration between Lyla and other musicians.

Like in the song 'Ga Romantis', there is a collaboration with Mondp Gascaro, Nissan Fortz, and maestro of violin and angklung. There are also other names such as Aldi Taher, Tereza Fahlevi, and Tasha Bouslama, who add richness to the musicality of the album.
