After Being Sworn in as a Member of the Indonesian House of Representatives, Ahmad Doli Kurnia Prepares an Album in Collaboration with Pay Burman

Kapanlagi.com - Ahmad Doli Kurnia, founder of Sinergy For Indonesia, held a thanksgiving event after being re-elected as a member of the Indonesian House of Representatives for the 2024-2029 term on Tuesday, October 1, 2024, in the SCBD area. This event also served as a gathering with the supporting artists of the album "Nyanyian Anak Negeri – Pusaka Nusantara," which he produced.

A number of musicians were present, including Shanna Shannon, Irang Arkad, Lobow, Agushafi, Conrad Good Vibraton, Indra Sabil, Alshant Nababan, Dede Kumala, and Massto Sidartha. This moment coincided with the Pancasila Sanctity Day, which Ahmad Doli acknowledged as an encouragement to spread the spirit of nationalism to the younger generation.

"The momentum of Pancasila Sanctity Day motivates me to reignite the spirit of nationalism among the youth," said Ahmad Doli Kurnia in the SCBD area, Central Jakarta, on Tuesday (1/10/2024).

Ahmad Doli has worked on two national music albums with Pay Burman, the first released in 2019 in collaboration with Raffi Ahmad's Rans Entertainment, and the second album launched in 2023 at Mitra Terrace, Kuningan.

1. Preserve the National Songs

Now, the spirit to preserve national songs has emerged again with the plan for the production of the third National Music Album. Ahmad Doli is determined to reintroduce national songs that have been rearranged in contemporary versions to be closer to the youth.

"National songs have a motivational spirit to uphold the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. With this album, we hope the spirit of nationalism can continue to spread amidst the onslaught of Western culture," he explained.

2. Fresh Arrangements

This third album not only contains recycled national songs with fresh arrangements but also includes new national songs by Ahmad Doli Kurnia. Uniquely, this album will be packaged in an audio-video format supported by a land roadshow, collaborating with various local artists.

Additionally, a documentary video will be created showcasing the beauty, cultural diversity, and hospitality of Indonesia, for both local and international audiences. Pay Burman, who has been involved since the beginning of this album's creation, stated that this project aligns with his ideals about nationalism.

"Bang Doli's lyrics about nationalism are really cool. I had no difficulty in creating the rearrangement with a contemporary touch so that the message of nationalism reaches the younger generation," said Pay Burman.
