Alisha Dira Releases Debut Single 'More Than Friends', Self-Written

Since she was a child, Alisha has shown her interest in the world of music, starting from enjoying playing musical instruments until her talent as a songwriter developed. This song tells the story of a woman who falls in love with her own friend whom she has been friends with for a long time. However, unexpectedly, one of them feels more than just friends.

The woman really wants to express her feelings to the man, but she can't say it because she is afraid and realizes that they are just friends. After patiently watching the man with another woman for a long time, she still waited and hoped that the man would open his heart for her. The woman asked the man to be more sensitive and without hesitation listen to her heartfelt confession that she truly loves him more than a friend.

The song 'More Than Friends' is known to be written and composed by Alisha herself, with her talent she is able to make this song her debut single which will be released in August this year.

"So actually this song represents people who like their own friends but are afraid of ruining their friendship, feeling awkward, or having their love rejected. This song is inspired by the stories of my friends and I have also experienced it," said Alisha.

"I actually wrote this song a long time ago and actually there are several songs, but I chose this song because I think it really relates to this song," said Alisha.

In this song, Alisha is assisted by Pramudito as the Music Producer and Ayoe Purnamasari as the Vocal Director.
