Andika Reveals the Long Wait and the Right Moment Behind the Peterpan Reunion Concert

The long wait for Peterpan fans will soon be rewarded. After nearly two decades of not performing under that legendary name, the members are ready to return in a reunion concert titled "The Journey Continues: All About Us" which will be held at Eldorado Dome, Bandung, on August 31, 2025.

For Andika, the keyboardist, this moment feels very special after the long journey he has been through since he last used the name Peterpan in 2006. He cannot hide his excitement about being back on stage with his friends.

"Yes, it's definitely very exciting. Because I haven't been Peterpan since 2006, and now it's 2025, which means 19 years," said Andika when met at Studio Sepat, Jagakarsa, South Jakarta, on Wednesday (20/8/2025).

Andika also acknowledged that requests from fans for a reunion have been coming for a long time. However, he feels that the right time and opportunity have only come now.

"Many have been asking for a long time, like, 'Come on, bro, perform Peterpan', 'We miss you guys'. We want to make people happy, but maybe the timing wasn't right back then," he explained.
