Approaching the Reunion Concert 2025, OASIS Produces a Documentary Film

Noel and Liam Gallagher first formed Oasis in 1991 in Manchester. However, their conflict-ridden relationship reached its peak in 2009 when a fight broke out backstage in Paris.

Since the split, both have managed to have successful solo careers, with a total of 10 albums reaching number one in the UK, six of which belong to Liam and four to Noel. This reunion also coincides with the re-release of their first album, Definitely Maybe (1994) and What’s The Story Morning Glory? (1995).

Currently, Oasis is reported to be in talks to produce a documentary that will document the behind-the-scenes preparations leading up to the reunion concert scheduled for next year.

According to a report from The Sun, Apple TV+ is very interested in documenting Oasis's journey leading up to their major concert in the UK in 2025. However, Apple must compete closely with Amazon Prime and Netflix, which are also vying for the exclusive opportunity.

This documentary about Oasis is likely to follow in the footsteps of other successful Apple documentaries, GET BACK, which highlighted the making of The Beatles' last album, LET IT BE (1970).

Oasis last performed together in 2009, before a backstage fight caused Noel Gallagher to leave the band. Now they have finally announced a reunion last September, with 17 concerts in the UK and Ireland, starting in Cardiff in July 2025.

The announcement immediately sparked great enthusiasm, especially among fans who have longed for Oasis's appearance. Ticket demand is very high, causing the sales site to be overwhelmed.

More than 10 million fans from 158 countries tried to buy tickets during the presale, but many were disappointed due to the dynamic pricing system that caused ticket prices to soar from £135 to over £350.

Oasis stated that they were unaware of the use of this system by the organizers. An investigation by the UK's Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) into dynamic pricing practices is still ongoing, while Ticketmaster has yet to issue an official statement.

Not only in England, fans of Oasis abroad are also looking forward to the opportunity to see the band perform live. After completing concerts in England, Oasis plans to take Oasis Live 25 to various other continents.Â
