Kapanlagi.com - A newcomer band, SkaScoot, has just released their latest single titled Asyikin Aja. Starting from the band members' confessions, the song was created to give motivation to the listeners.
It's not just about disappointment in romance, but the song carries a broader meaning. The band, consisting of Wah (vocals), Danya (guitar), Gober (bass),
and Wadi (drums), hopes that Asyikin Aja can become an anthem of life's motivation and encourage positive thinking.
"Initially, this song was just a heartfelt expression, a true story. The point is, we have all experienced being left by someone. It could be a friend or a partner. There's no point in carrying that as a burden. Instead, it can be used as motivation towards a better direction," said Danya in a press release received by KapanLagi.com.
"When you feel ignored by others, don't respond with negativity. Open their eyes and hearts, show them that we can create far better. Even with just a little ammunition, we continue to fight to achieve our dreams," said Wah.
The making of Asyikin Aja itself was completed in just 3 weeks. And soon, SkaScoot plans to release a mini album that contains songs rich in positive moral messages.
SkaScoot itself was formed on June 30, 2019. It can be said that their band was formed accidentally with a unique meeting for each member. It all started when the song Berverska by Wadi and Wah received a warm reception on YouTube.
