Closing JogjaROCKarta #4 Scorpions Vocalist Waves the Red and White Flag and Speaks Indonesian

Kapanlagi.com - The JogjaROCKarta Festival (JRF) #4 event was successfully held by Rajawali Indonesia at Kridosono Stadium, Yogyakarta, on Sunday (1/3). The legendary rock band from Germany, Scorpions, closed the event by performing their hit songs.

Not wanting to be outdone by Whitesnake who performed first, Scorpions immediately rocked the stage with the songs Going Out With a Bang, followed by Make It Real, The Zoo, and Coast to Coast. The vocalist, Klaus Meine, also didn't forget to greet the 17,500 audience members in Indonesian.

"Good evening Yogyakarta, happy to be back in Indonesia," said Klaus Meine.

Still Loving You and Rock You Like were the closing songs of Scorpions last night. The audience's reception made Klaus Meine look very happy. Before leaving the stage, Klaus Meine and his friends approached the edge of the stage to pay tribute to the tens of thousands of audience members.

What's interesting is when Klaus Meine received the red and white flag. As a sign of respect, he briefly unfurled the flag and then draped it around himself. This was appreciated by the tens of thousands of audience members who were present with enthusiastic applause.

In addition to Whitesnake and Scorpions, other international bands that performed were The Hu. This Mongolian band managed to capture the attention of tens of thousands of audience members with their stage performance. Local bands also showcased their talents at this event. Kelompok Penerbang Roket, Powerslave, Navicul, and God Bless were able to give their best performances.
