Dadali Band's Fate After Losing Two Members Who Passed Away in Close Succession

Kapanlagi.com - Two members of the band Dadali passed away in close succession. First, Dadali's guitarist, Yuda, passed away on Wednesday (7/7). Then, the keyboardist, Rixx, passed away on Tuesday (12/7). So, what is Dadali's fate after losing two members?

Losing two members at once did not make Dadali stop pursuing a career in the Indonesian music industry. According to the vocalist, Dyrga, Dadali continues to create music with only three members, namely Dyrga, Rickarjd, and Eka (bass).

"We are left with three people, so we have to be more compact," said Dyrga to Kapanlagi.com on Wednesday (14/7/2021).

1. Introducing a New Format

Dyrga said that in the future, Dadali will come with a slightly different format. Moreover, Dadali explicitly stated that they will not add two new personnel to replace Yuda and Rixx's positions.

"We will continue without any new personnel because I believe I can (sing) while playing the guitar. I am confident that we already understand the flow from Yuda and Rixx's touches, so we can follow along. They have given us knowledge. They are both geniuses," said Dyrga.

2. Still Giving Rights to Deceased Personnel

Dadali's struggle is still long. Because Dadali's responsibility to their two deceased personnel, Rixx and Yuda, will also continue to be fought for. Dyrga said that he has a responsibility for the children and wives of Yuda and Rixx.

"This is a huge blow (losing two personnel) until their families come to me saying 'help us, help us.' I said 'I will definitely help.' Honestly, Dadali's royalties are very significant. Even these two years of COVID did not affect us," continued Dyrga.

"We have income every month, from karaoke royalties, leftover NSP (Personal Ring Back Tone) royalties. It's really helpful, Yuda could buy a house during the pandemic, it really helps. That's why I said, I'm confident in helping, they will be helped, their children will go to high school," added Dyrga.

3. Already Prepared Single

Dadali has even released a number of their latest works. The newest one, they will introduce the latest music video that was just made some time ago on Anyer beach.

"I feel really lucky, thank God I still have a long breath, don't let me pass yet, because I want to make many people happy, that's what I said. I pray a lot for that," he concluded.
