D'Masiv Ready to Hold Asia Tour and Will End in Ciledug

Kapanlagi.com - D'Masiv officially announced their concert tour series titled Homerun Tour. As an independent band now, they plan to visit several countries in Asia before finally returning to their home in Indonesia.

This tour is part of the promotional strategy for their latest international single with English lyrics. Several neighboring countries are already on their main visit list in the near future.

"Okay, so after we release this single, the plan is to do the Asia tour first, it's not too far, in Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. Then back to Indonesia, which is in Ciledug," said Rian D'MASIV when met in the Thamrin area, Central Jakarta, Wednesday (20/5/2026).

1. Proud of Ciledug

The selection of Ciledug as the closing location for the tour series has a deep meaning for the personnel. Even though they have traveled around the world, D'Masiv admits they are never ashamed to call themselves "Bocah Ciledug".

"Because we always say that no matter where we are, we are never ashamed or hesitant to mention Ciledug. Even in any country, we always say we are 'Bocah Ciledug'. Even when foreigners ask, 'What? Ciledug? What is that?'," said Rian while laughing.

2. Collaboration with Promoters

In organizing this tour, D'Masiv collaborated again with the promoter Antara Suara. Rian feels they share the same vision with the promoter to create a concert that is truly conceptual and flexible.

"Yes, D'MASIV collaborated with Antara Suara last year. We had a tour in Japan in three cities at that time, and we think Antara Suara is very suitable for us to collaborate with again because we feel there are many ideas we can discuss together," he explained.

3. Independent Status, Freedom to Create

Running a tour independently certainly presents its own challenges, especially when it comes to stepping out of the comfort zone. However, D'Masiv is optimistic that this step will lead them to a higher level in their career.

"Yes, of course, I mean we usually make songs in Indonesian, then we compromise with the label, you know, you have to do this, you have to do that. That’s a normal thing because they are spending money on us, I mean they are financing our recordings," concluded Rian.
