Kapanlagi.com - Everyone has experienced insecurity within themselves. Yura Yunita has also experienced it, especially during this pandemic when many people feel it.
"Because in life, nothing is perfect. Honestly, sometimes we feel insecure about ourselves," said Yura Yunita during a virtual press conference on Monday (3/8).
"Maybe we are currently feeling not okay and wondering what will happen in the future. Especially now, many friends are starting their dreams from scratch. There are many challenges in times like this," she continued.
However, she has her own way of dealing with that insecurity by writing a gratitude journal or a diary that contains things to be grateful for each day.
"For me, the simplest version is by writing a gratitude journal, where I truly started at the beginning of last year, it's a simple thing but sometimes we are lazy to do it. Like simple little things that we can be grateful for today and we truly feel satisfied," she said.
By writing a gratitude journal, Yura Yunita feels more grateful for what happens in her life. "Writing a gratitude journal can change many things, making us happier, feeling more satisfied, healthier, and also I learned to be more aware and conscious of whatever is happening right now," said the singer of 'Harus Bahagia'.

Not only that, Yura Yunita also poured out her feelings by writing a song titled 'Hoolala' which was just released on July 30th. Through this song, she wants her listeners to always be spirited in any condition.
"I hope in this song, you don't lack the weaknesses that make you down. With the song 'Hoolala', hopefully it can be an encouragement for friends wherever they are. Because I also created this song as a self-reminder for myself. Hopefully, it will also be for anyone who listens," she concluded.
