Kapanlagi.com - MLD Jazz Project Season 3 is a band consisting of the winners of the MLDare2Perform Season 3 contest held by MLDSPOT in 2017.
They consist of Windy Hariyadi on vocals, Hansen Arief on drums, Hezky Joe on guitar, M. Rizky on bass, Yosua on piano, and Erick Giri on Wind & Brass Section.
"Our target is to have an album," said Yosua when met during the first day of the 2023 Java Jazz Festival.
Regarding the album concept, MLD Jazz Project Season 3 said they didn't want to aim too high. In the midst of the digital music industry, they plan to release singles first and then compile them into an album.
"For the album, maybe we will release singles first, then it will become an album later," said M. Rizki or commonly known as Eki.

MLD Jazz Project Season 3 plans to perform with other champions from previous seasons. On the MLDSPOT Hall stage, the four winners of MLD Jazz Project will collaborate with Yovie Widianto, Mario Ginanjar, and Teddy Adhitya.
This collaboration is planned to bring Yovie Widianto's hit songs with a different jazzy arrangement.
At the 2023 BNI Java Jazz Festival, MLDSPOT presents two different stages, namely MLDSPOT Hall and MLDSPOT Stage Bus. These two stages present a row of different musicians curated by the MLDSPOT team.
"Certainly the selection is based on what's happening, what's being listened to. That's the most important thing and we mostly get artists who are currently rising," said Andrianto Wibowo, a representative of MLDSPOT, adding.

The lineup for MLDSPOT Hall at the BNI Java Jazz Festival 2023 is filled by Kaleb J, Kenny Gabriel "The Playground Live Session" with Special Appearances; Bas Boi, Faye Rissa Kota, and Eross Tjokro, Rinni Wulandari, GAIDAA, Cakra Khan Sings Soul, MLD Jazz Project with Yovie Widianto, Mario Ginanjar, and Teddy Adhitya, Lalahuta, Matt Johnson, Trisum, Christian Kuria, Andien, and Tortured Soul.
Meanwhile, the lineup for MLDSPOT Stage Bus is filled by Dreikids, Perunggu, GANGGA, OKAAY, Und Bodevan, Fabio Asher, Dere, Juicy Luicy, MLD Jazz Project Season 4, Dikta Wicaksono, Sisitipsi, and Fiersa Besari.
