The Merinding Disko album consists of 10 songs, each with its own charm. However, there is one particular song in this album that always makes Ria Ricis cry. The song is titled "Sudah Saatnya Aku Bahagia" (It's Time for Me to Be Happy).
Ria Ricis revealed that she always cries when singing the song "Sudah Saatnya Aku Bahagia". This is because the song reminds her of her beloved late father.
"One of them is 'Sudah Saatnya Aku Bahagia,' which is actually quite heavy, so at home I have practiced many times to find a way not to cry," said Ria Ricis when met at KFC Kemang, South Jakarta, on Tuesday (10/10/2023).

"This is also a challenge for Ricis to be able to get through that moment but I don't know why I cried again here," added Ria Ricis.
Ria Ricis explained that the song "Sudah Saatnya Aku Bahagia" is her dedication to her beloved father. Therefore, Ria Ricis wants to express her feelings through this song.
"Now, this is a song that I really want to dedicate to Papa with the song 'It's Time for Me to Be Happy'," she said.
As a daughter, Ria Ricis always remembers the message that her father once conveyed. Her father always said not to be weak and not to cry easily.

"Because Papa once said 'girls should not be whiny, should not cry', so I challenged myself in the song earlier but it turns out I failed, turns out I am weak," she said.
In the album Merinding Disko, there are several duet songs by Ria Ricis and her husband, Teuku Ryan. One of them is the song "Aku dan Dirimu", which is a single that was popularized by Ari Lasso and Bunga Citra Lestari.
Ria Ricis and Teuku Ryan chose the song "Aku dan Dirimu" not without reason. In addition to being able to present joy, they also do not eliminate the romance in the song.
"Because we like it, it feels comfortable when listened to," concluded Teuku Ryan.
