Sarah Mukti, Newcomer Often Compared to Tiara Andini and Has Experienced International Achievements

Kapanlagi.com - The name Sarah Mukti may still sound unfamiliar to most people. However, this beautiful young singer is often compared to the runner-up of Indonesian Idol season 10, Tiara Andini, because their voices are very similar.

Not wanting to be just compared, Sarah wants to prove her existence in the Indonesian music industry through her own efforts. Soon, this girl born in Jakarta on November 1, 1995, will introduce her debut single titled Isi Hati (The Contents of the Heart).

Although she is just starting her debut, Sarah has actually had a lot of experience in music. Since elementary school, she has often performed at various festivals. She even participated in several prestigious talent search events such as AFI Junior and X Factor.

"I also participated in AFI Junior before, but only made it to the top 50. It was a competition experience but different because in the end, I experienced competition on television, watched by the entire Indonesian people," Sarah recalled.

When she was in high school, Sarah further deepened her vocal technique. At her music school, Sarah and her friends were sent to China to participate in a choir competition representing Indonesia. Unexpectedly, Sarah and her friends became the champions and brought honor to the nation.

"Thank God, at that time we were able to become the champions representing Indonesia in China. And it was an extraordinary experience because in the end, I could have the experience of singing internationally. Even though it's not a solo, it's a choir," explained Sarah.

2. Joining a Top Label

As time went by, Sarah's love for the world of singing grew even bigger. Eventually, she joined SMD Records label and started her career in the Indonesian music industry.

"I started my own workshops, recording. Usually, I participated in competitions. Now, I am under a label. This is a new experience for me because I really love singing and music. It's my passion," concluded Sarah.
