Sarah Mukti Releases Debut Single 'Isi Hati', Expressing Buried Feelings for Crush

Kapanlagi.com - Newcomer singer, Sarah Mukti, fulfills her dream of making her debut in the music industry of the homeland. Recently, she released her first single titled Isi Hati under the label SMD Records.

This heartache-themed song is performed beautifully and luxuriously by Sarah. However, it is acknowledged that the process of making the song was not easy, especially in terms of emotional expression.

"Since this song is very sad, I have to truly feel the sadness when singing it. So the challenge lies in the emotions and also the high notes of this song. Because it has been a long time since I sang with high notes, I felt the need to practice high notes a lot," Sarah explained while laughing.

1. A Woman's Outpouring of Heart

Like the title of the song, Isi Hati (Heart's Content) tells the story of a woman who falls in love with a man. However, her feelings have not been revealed yet. Turmoil is finally felt. The woman tries to fight her feelings. But the more she fights, the more she cannot eliminate the shadow of the man.

"The combination of emotional lyrics, music, and vocals. The sincerity of a girl's heart. Surely there are girls out there who can relate to the content of this song, loving someone but unable to express it, and in the end, can only be expressed through a song," Sarah explains.

2. A Special Single for Sarah Mukti

The pandemic also became another obstacle that temporarily hindered the production process of the song Isi Hati (Heart's Content). Nevertheless, Sarah is very satisfied with the results she obtained in the end. Moreover, she was able to collaborate with famous musicians at the beginning of her music industry journey.

"Finally, the recording started in January. Then there were some revisions from the label. Finally, it had to be re-recorded. So, the final result was only achieved in early February. So, it took about a month for the process," Sarah explains.

"The special thing is probably because this is my first single, so it feels very special to me. Plus, I collaborated with Om Sumantri and a great team. And their works are always amazing. So, it's really special to me," she concludes.
