Successfully Presenting Viral Work, Chintya Gabriella Dragged to DCDC Music Court

With a distinctive character voice, this soloist from Medan has also succeeded with three collaborative songs with Maliq D’Essentials, The Panas Dalam, and Summerlane.

Chintya Gabriella was tried in the DCDC Music Court by two Prosecutors, namely Pidi Baiq and Budi Dalton. To answer dozens of questions, Chintya, as the Defendant, was accompanied by two competent Lawyers in the music field, namely Yoga PHB and Rully Cikapundung.

Agus Danny Hartono, as the DCDC Representative, stated that the selection of Chintya Gabriella as the defendant was not unrelated to her status as a female soloist whose songs have gone viral, frequently gracing the online world. At the age of 25, Danny also assessed that Chintya's song titled Ambisius brings a new and fresh color among the songs that have been released previously.

"The single Ambisius that Chintya released in November this year opens a new chapter in her music career. The image of a melancholic singer that has become popular will slightly fade as she sings more cheerful songs. Therefore, the DCDC Music Court edition 61 summoned Chintya Gabriella to be tried in front of a wide audience," said Danny.

Meanwhile, all decisions in the courtroom are presided over by His Honor Chief Judge Man Jasad. The course of the trial process remains under the control of Eddi Brokoli as the Registrar. Chintya Gabriella was also witnessed directly by the DCDC community who were present at The Park Jabar VOC Inlander Koffiehuis, Bandung, West Java on December 20, as well as those who watched virtually through the DCDC TV YouTube channel and live streaming.

When asked for a statement regarding the song Ambisius, Chintya admitted that the single was inspired by her personal life, which is sometimes full of ambition to achieve certain goals. In addition, she believes this song is also suitable for music lovers in the homeland who relate to the lyrics, especially for those who are busy with work but forget about other important things.

“The lyrics of the ambitious song were originally meant to criticize myself. Because as a singer, I usually think about my work all the time, sometimes I forget to have time for family, friends, or myself. But I packaged this song to be more fun and different in character from my other songs. I am grateful for the amazing response, especially from those who relate to this song,” she said in the courtroom.

In her latest single titled Ambisius, she acknowledged that the song distinguishes itself from her previous songs, which tended to have a sad, melancholic, or confused vibe. This song she wrote actually carries a message of spirit and motivation; Chyntia took the step to write such a song out of her desire to share a more honest experience through original music.

2. Loves Music Since Childhood

The girl born on March 19, 1999, began to be known by music fans when she diligently covered several songs that she uploaded on social media. After approximately 5 years in the music scene, Chintya Gabriella has become one of the popular names among the youth.

She started her professional career in the music world as a contestant in an idol search event that graced television screens. "I've always wanted to collaborate with Kak Raisa or Kak Tulus. Hopefully, it can happen soon,” she concluded.
