Kapanlagi.com - One of the biggest music festivals in the country, Synchronize Fest will be held again this year. Carrying the theme 'Together Bersama', Synchronize Fest will take place at Gambir Expo Kemayoran on October 4, 5, 6, 2024. Through the spirit of togetherness, Synchronize Fest celebrates and translates the relevance of Indonesia's creative culture and music today by becoming a platform for expression that can blend with the times.

One of the special presentations of Synchronize Fest this year is featuring international musicians who highlight the narrative of Indonesian music identity in their works. Providing perspective on the influence of Indonesian music in the global music community.

"This year's Synchronize Fest with 'Together Bersama' as the main theme serves as our amplification to hold hands and support the creative ecosystem in Indonesia, as well as the global community," explained David Karto, Director of Synchronize Fest.

1. 160 Performers at Synchronize Fest 2024

The spirit of 'Together Together' is manifested through 160 performers who will fill seven stages. Among them are Bagi Rapot Sambil Karaoke, Killing Me Inside RE:UNION X Pee Wee Gaskins, Bondan Prakoso & Fade2Black, Dewi Perssik feat. Aldi Taher, Guyon Waton, Maliq & D'Essentials, Wali, Superman Is Dead, as well as promising new groups and musicians like Asal Bunyi (Texpack, Rrag, Swellow), Bernadya, Dazzle, Funeruuu, Sukatani, Tamat, and others.

The commitment of Synchronize Fest to become an inclusive festival is actualized, among other things, by presenting music with a spiritual essence, including performances by Haddad Alwi feat. Sulis Cinta Rasul and Yasmin known for Islamic religious songs, Sidney Mohede who brings Christian spiritual songs, and Barry Likumahuwa who carries the concept of 'Hope' with a gospel music approach.

Additionally, there will be a special performance NIKE ARDILLA LIVE BERSAMA (Bonita, Danilla, Fanny Soegi, Putri Ariani, Tantri "KOTAK"); ROCK OPERA KEN AROK: HARRY ROESLI (ANDY /rif, Arie Kriting, Candil, Dira Sugandi, Fauzan Lubis, Hari Pochang, Indra Lesmana, Isyana Sarasvati, Oslo Ibrahim, Sal Priadi, Soleh Solihun, Sri Hanuraga, Teater Mainmonolog) music by Gerald Situmorang; as well as 60 YEARS OF ELVY SUKAESIH'S WORK which serves as a tribute to musicians who have previously dedicated themselves and produced monumental works.

There will also be performances that carry other interesting themes such as the appearance of 5 young future divas SRICANDY: Lyodra, Tiara Andini, Ziva Magnolya, Mahalini, Keisya Levronka who will perform on one stage; the performance SORE DAN KAWAN-KAWAN (Afgan, Ardhito Pramono, Atilia Haron, Bilal Indrajaya, Cholil Mahmud, Fanny Soegi, Pusakata, Noh Salleh, Rian Ekky Pradipta); and the presence of the phenomenal television music program from the 2000s INBOX SCTV LIVE AT SYNCHRONIZE FEST (7ICONS, CHIBI CHIBI, D'Bagindas "C.I.N.T.A", Hello Band, Repvblik. HOST: Andhika Pratama, Gading Marten, Audi Marissa), and many more special performances that have been announced previously.

2. Featuring International Musicians Expressing Indonesia's Narrative

Multi-disciplinary artists Edy Khemod and Taba Sanchabakhtiar have been appointed as show directors who will bring the thematic stage to life and provide an optimal experience for enjoying the performances.

"This is the second time I have the opportunity to work on the special stage of Synchronize Fest. The challenges are multiplied, both in terms of quantity and complexity of the performances. Starting from performances that experiment with technology, to creating opera-format shows. How to create unique and visually aesthetic performances. Synchronize Fest also accommodates orchestral performances curated by KOBRA Musik in the Getar Stage, as well as a collective of DJs and a curated electronic music collective by La Munai Records performing at Oleng Upuk, a mini stage shaped like a shrimp cracker can.

Presenting International Musicians Expressing Indonesian Narratives For decades, the diversity and richness of Indonesian music have been a source of inspiration for many global musicians. Synchronize Fest 2024 specifically presents international musicians and the Indonesian diaspora who have been known to celebrate Indonesian music and make it their main inspiration.

They are active in various parts of the world and each in their own way contributes to the vibrancy of Indonesian music. They are Koes Barat (United States), Nusantara Beat (Netherlands), Sheila Majid & Tohpati (Malaysia - Indonesia), AK//47 (Indonesian diaspora in the United States - Indonesia), Arrington De Dionyso & Singo Sembrono (United States - Indonesia), Eastern Margins (Southeast Asia - England), Island Vibes Reggae Party (Jamaica - Indonesia) - Lutan Fyah, CTTZ, Alvons, Richard D'Gilis, S2B Family, Lawa, Kamga, Conrad Good Vibration. Additionally, G-Pluck will showcase how Western music has taken part in influencing pop culture in Indonesia.

"This year's Synchronize Fest explores the idea of diversity and togetherness in Indonesian music. In addition to presenting 14 special performances, we are bringing in several foreign musicians who have been known through works that are rich in Indonesian narratives. 3. Prices and Ticket Categories for Synchronize Fest 2024

The 'Together Together' celebration becomes more festive with the support and collaboration of sponsors, where the Dynamic Stage is sponsored by Bank Saqu, a digital banking service from PT Bank Jasa Jakarta, aimed at the productive generation with a solopreneur spirit.
