The Song Was Worked On Together in the Studio, Andika's New Band Ex Peterpan Releases EP 'Ilusi'

Kapanlagi.com - Music group Think A Belle has just released their latest EP titled 'Ilusi'. This EP contains four new songs with a touch of pop/rock music from the early 2000s.

Andika Naliputra explained that the EP 'Ilusi' revolves around the themes of friendship and love.

"Most of the songs in this EP are about love. Why did we choose that? Because there were so many ideas that came out of our heads," said Andika at Rendezvoo Coffee, Antasari, South Jakarta, on Friday (23/2/2024).

The former personnel of Peterpan and The Titans revealed the reason behind choosing the theme of love for the EP "Ilusi". According to him, the theme of love is very relevant to music listeners in Indonesia.

"The topic of love is more relatable to the lives of Indonesian music listeners, who always seek peace and happiness in any state of mind by listening to songs and music," he explained.

Andika explained that this EP was developed following the concept previously done by the band Coldplay when working on new song materials.

2. Creating Together

"Here, we want to follow Coldplay's approach of never creating (songs) alone, there's material creation in the studio together," said Andika.

"So there's no member who dislikes if someone doesn't like something. Then we discuss and revise where there are dislikes," added Andika.

As additional information, the personnel of Think A Belle include Dhea (Vocals), Andhika (Guitar/Rhythm), Nunoz (Lead Guitar), Cecep (Bass), Caesar (Drums), and Idhay (Keyboard).

The mini album Think A Belle has been officially released under the AFE Records label today, along with the release of the music video for the song 'Dan Tidurlah'.
