Kapanlagi.com - The long wait for Indonesian Deadbats is finally over. Avenged Sevenfold has officially confirmed their concert schedule at Jakarta International Stadium (JIS) on October 10, 2026. Promoter Ravel Entertainment ensures that this concert will be a magnificent stadium show with international-level production quality.
The process of bringing back this giant band has apparently been prepared for a long time. The promoter admitted to having been in intense communication with the band's management for the past year to secure an open schedule for them to return to Indonesia.
"Actually, they wanted to come to Indonesia. Yes, about a year ago, I kept it quiet. Then, as I mentioned earlier, in my circle, people were saying, 'Hey Bro, bring Avenged here, Bro.' Finally, we brought them in. Yes, we got the schedule, so we just agreed," said Ravel Junardy when met in Gandaria City, South Jakarta, Tuesday (31/3/2026).
The decision to hold a concert at JIS is also based on the promoter's desire to provide a different viewing experience. Ravel mentioned that JIS has very competent stadium quality standards, and he even experienced the quality of the field firsthand while playing soccer with the band Muse.
"The first time I really knew JIS was when I first came there invited by Kenneth to play soccer actually. With Muse. So we played soccer with Muse at JIS. It turns out this venue is really good. We want to deliver that oh this is JIS and this stadium is proper and we are not inferior to the concerts of Avenged abroad," Ravel stated.
Regarding ticket prices, the promoter offers a variety of category options. Ravel emphasized that the prices offered are very affordable so that all fans, including those who have followed the band since the internet cafe era, can attend and watch live.
"Basically, the prices start from around 600 thousand. Up to the most expensive at 2 million five hundred. So it’s very, very affordable for friends who usually only listen to the songs at internet cafes or on YouTube to save up to watch Avenged Sevenfold live with a more spectacular stage," he explained.
Tickets for this concert will be available online at www.a7xindonesia.com starting April 6, 2026, for the pre-sale session and April 8, 2026, for general sales. All purchase transactions will begin precisely at 1:00 PM WIB.
Ravel hopes that this event can run smoothly and show that Indonesia is capable of hosting large-scale concerts well. Support from fans is highly anticipated for the success of this much-awaited event.
"I hope everything goes well, I also want us in Indonesia to not be inferior to other countries. Don't forget to come, friends, all the information can be checked on Ravel Entertainment's Instagram, and at Hammersonic Fest as well on the website," Ravel concluded.
