UN1TY Releases New Song Titled 'Ya Udah', Created in Just Six Hours!

Kapanlagi.com - The music group UN1TY has just released their latest song titled Ya Udah. This song is special for the group consisting of Shandy, Gilang, Fenly, Fajri, Zweitson, and Fiki.

Because of that, Ya Udah is a collaboration between UN1TY and Eka Gustiwana and Patrick Effendy. This song tells about a relationship, both romantic and friendship.

Fiki, one of the members of UN1TY, revealed that everyone must have experienced a moment when a long-running relationship suddenly ends or someone leaves. Surely many people can relate to this song, KLovers.

Fiki at the KLY Central Jakarta office revealed, "When writing the song, it's about relationships, whether it's romance or friendship, everyone must have experienced it when they have been in a long-term relationship, and then in the middle of it, someone leaves, being left behind," Tuesday (4/7/2023).

Through the song Ya Udah, UN1TY invites listeners to take the positive side of the situation and find goodness amidst someone's departure. Moreover, the concept of this song represents the attitude of "ya udah gitu" which accepts the situation wisely.

"So when it's like that, we can't control our partner. How do we take the positive things and find goodness in that gap. So, ya udah gitu," explained Fiki.

Regarding the song title, Fiki explained that Ya Udah is a word commonly used in everyday life. That's why the members of UN1TY themselves mention it several times every day.

"From the beginning (the title is Ya Udah). So we have mentioned it several times, every time we live. Every day we always say ya udah gitu," he said.

Fiki said, when in the creative process of writing lyrics with Eka Gustiwana, the producer, the words "Ya Udah" naturally emerged. In fact, they felt comfortable with the existence of that word, so the process of making this song went quickly.

"Well, during the creative process, we wrote the lyrics together with our producer. At that time, we were searching and then singing like nananana, it feels good, ya udah, ya udah. Because it was made so naturally, it was made quickly," he said.

What's interesting is that this song was finished in six hours from scratch to completion, including the process of composing music and lyrics. This process went quickly because UN1TY was also given a deadline and wanted to release the song as soon as possible, KLovers.
