13 Employees Test Positive for Covid-19, SCTV and Indosiar Temporarily Close Studios

They have now decided to temporarily close the studios as their employees test positive for Covid-19.

In the swab test results, 13 positive cases were found. Previously, IEP had been conducting routine rapid tests and PCR swab tests on employees since the Covid-19 pandemic.

1. Studios Temporarily Closed

Indra Yudhistira, as the Director of Indonesia Entertainment Group (IEG), has taken various measures, one of which is temporarily closing the studios.

"We have closed the Studio complex in Daan Mogot and halted program production starting from September 14th to 18th, 2020. During the closure, we will sterilize all facilities, production equipment, and studios, continue comprehensive swab tests for employees, communicate the current situation to artists and show hosts over the past week, and conduct swab tests on them. We have also reported this finding to the West Jakarta Manpower Office," said Indra Yudhistira.

2. Strict Implementation of Health Protocols

Furthermore, IEP also implements Health Protocol Policies or Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) when receiving guests and artists at the Daan Mogot studio complex. Guests and artists who will enter the studio area will be required to undergo a rapid test first.

"At our location, we will provide medical personnel to conduct rapid tests on guests and artists who will enter our studio area," explained Indra.

In addition, Indra added that strict supervision of the implementation of Health Protocol Policies and SOPs related to Covid-19 will be carried out.
