One of the steps taken is by launching a business case competition program called BRILLIANT YOUTH COMPETITION, "Sparks Your Brilliance and Be #BRILiaN".

BRI Human Capital Director Agus Winardono explained that BRILLIANT YOUTH COMPETITION is a program initiated by BRI in collaboration with Kalibrr Indonesia to accommodate the creativity and potential of young talents.

"Through this competition, it is hoped that young talents can work and demonstrate and hone their abilities. So that it is expected to provide brilliant solutions and innovations regarding problems in the business and banking world, especially at BRI," he said.

Open to Creative Students and Fresh Graduates

BRILLIANT YOUTH COMPETITION provides broad opportunities for students and recent graduates at the Bachelor's level (S1) who have a competitive, collaborative spirit, and dare to showcase their creative and innovative ideas in order to participate in developing the economy, especially in the Indonesian banking industry in the future.

The registration for BRILLIANT YOUTH COMPETITION is open from October 9 to November 8, 2023. Registration can be accessed through the website https://bbri.id/BRILLIANTYOUTHCOMPETITION by filling in personal data and submitting the best Curriculum Vitae (CV) and Motivational Letter from the candidates.

Later, from the results of the Administrative selection in the form of CV and Motivational Letter, 30 participants will be selected and grouped into 10 teams and will advance to the next stage, namely the completion and formulation of innovative ideas regarding the predetermined business case.

A Self-Development Platform

Not only a business case competition program, BRILLIANT YOUTH COMPETITION also serves as a platform to accommodate the self-development of participants in delving into business cases in the banking industry, especially BRI. The finalists or 30 selected participants who pass the administrative selection will receive direct training from BRI Leaders to gain a deeper understanding of BRI's business field, marketing strategies, and other insights.

The finalists will also be equipped with various training and mentoring directly guided by competent and experienced BRI Workers in their fields, so as to sharpen their potential to excel in competition.

Total Prizes Reach Tens of Millions of Rupiah

The total prizes offered in BRILLIANT YOUTH COMPETITION amount to 75 million rupiah and provide opportunities to join as part of Insan BRILiaN through internships, BRI scholarship programs or BRILiaN Scholarship Program (BSP), and opportunities to participate in the BRI Management Trainee program or BRILiaN Future Leader Program (BFLP).
