Fellexandro Ruby, an entrepreneur and content creator, was also present as one of the judges in the first round of the Generasi Extra Bootcamp Competition. On this occasion, Fellexandro first provided material about creating impactful content. According to him, many young people nowadays are not skilled enough in creating creative content.

“Young people nowadays often create content like an advertisement. However, when they see an ad, they will also immediately skip to another one. That's why creating your own content should be like telling a story and it must be interesting to attract the audience,” explained Fellexandro in front of the contestants.

Fellexandro also explained that creating content for marketing is not enough with just passion. Participants must have sufficient skills and combine them with their unique personality. With that, they can create something different and unique.

“Nowadays, when creating content, there are 2 things that we should tell, based on our personal experience and the uniqueness of each Generasi Extra. If combined, it will become something powerful,” he said clearly.

Finally, Fellexandro reminded the participants not to give up, even in the face of failure. Because that's how they can grow and achieve their desired goals.

3. Assessment and Elimination Session of the First Round

Unfortunately, in this first round, there had to be 5 finalists who had to go home. After completing the first case cracking, which was creating unique, interesting, and viral digital content using the latest Greenfields Extra products, the participants were then gathered in one place to be given the announcement of who would stay and who had to leave the bootcamp.
