President Jokowi is seriously concerned about the incident of the Lion Air JT 610 plane crash in the waters of Karawang.
He also visited the Lion Air SAR post located in Tanjung Priok. He was accompanied by the Head of Search and Rescue Agency, M. Syaugi.
M. Syaugi also provided an explanation about the current condition of the search for the wreckage of the plane and also the victims.
He also had the opportunity to see the bags containing items that were found floating in the sea.
The bags indeed contained passengers' belongings, while those containing the bodies have been taken to the Polri Hospital, Kramat Jati.
Jokowi also ordered the continuation of the search for the wreckage of the aircraft for 24 hours.
Of course, the search is intended not only to find the victims' bodies but also to locate the black box of the unfortunate aircraft.
