Sad, Ojol Driver Dies While Delivering Food, Falls & Unable to Be Saved

Kapanlagi.com - An online motorcycle taxi (ojol) driver suddenly fainted while delivering food in the Tebet Dalam IV area. The incident took place in the afternoon, and of course immediately caused a commotion among the residents.

The driver was found to have taken his last breath at the scene. His body was first discovered by a witness named Hanifah (19) lying on the road.

According to the Twitter account @ArjunalrengBack, the ojol driver's body was immediately taken to RSCM. "This afternoon in Tebet Dalam, a shopee food driver was chatting and suddenly fainted and took his last breath on the spot, now the body is at RSCM.. Farewell, warrior of the family," said @ArjunalrengBack.

The driver is known as Syaifuddin (51). He is a resident of Malaka Jaya, Duren Sawit. The family itself mentioned that the driver does have a history of acute high blood pressure.

The ojol driver's company is known to offer condolences for the loss of one of their drivers. It is known that the company has communicated with the ojol driver's family and will provide the necessary assistance to the family.

"We pray that the family and friends of the deceased are given strength in facing this ordeal," said the company. "The Shopee team is also communicating with the family of the deceased and will provide the assistance needed by the family, including in the investigation process," he concluded.
