Information from the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Office stated that Karter's body was received from Parma, Ohio. A GoFundMe campaign has been started by Karter's friends on behalf of her mother, Tina.
Close associates reveal that the hot film actress had been struggling with severe mental pressure for a long time. In the end, she decided to end her own life after facing various challenges in her career.
"Struggling with mental health issues over time." wrote her relatives in a page description
"In the darkest days, she still came to the studio, always ready to learn, contribute, and improve herself in any way she could," continued the description of Karter's efforts at the Northeast Ohio Ecole de Pole Cleveland and Ecole de Pole Akron fitness studios.
"Although she felt alone, she continued to strive to perform in front of her friends and the caring community. She fought alone with perseverance and the same spirit, showing strength in every aspect of her life as much as she could," the description continued.
Karter ended his own life in a rather tragic manner. Quoted from TMZ, the late directed a shotgun towards his mouth.
Karter was known as one of the adult film artists who was rich in experiences, having appeared in nearly 320 pornographic films. His career started in the mid-2000s and he won two AVN Awards.
