Xtraordinary Vaksin SCTV Returns, Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta Ahmad Riza Patria Also Attends

Kapanlagi.com - After successfully organizing free Covid-19 vaccinations at 12 locations since early August, Xtraordinary Vaksin SCTV is once again holding free vaccinations at the yard of SMP 160 Ceger, East Jakarta today, Monday (16/8). This social action is supported by SCTV to celebrate its 31st anniversary through YPP (Yayasan Pundi Amal Peduli Kasih), in collaboration with AO Care and the DKI Jakarta Health Department as the vaccine provider.

The enthusiasm of the surrounding residents to receive the vaccine is quite high, as today 159 residents have successfully received the second dose of the Covid-19 vaccine for free. Xtraordinary Vaksin SCTV feels even more special with the presence of the Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta, Ir. H. Ahmad Riza Patria, M.B.A, who directly observed the second dose vaccination activities at SMP 160 Ceger, East Jakarta.

"Alhamdulillah, I am grateful to have the opportunity to directly observe the vaccination activities at SMP 160 Ceger today. Hopefully, today's vaccine can increase the number of DKI residents who participate in the vaccination," said Ir. H. Ahmad Riza Patria, M.B.A.

"Currently, more than 9 million residents have received the first dose of the vaccine and 4 million of them have received the second dose, this number has exceeded the expected target but the Jakarta government has decided to increase the target to 11 million and we will pursue it in the coming weeks," he added.

Meanwhile, Doctor Rina, representing the doctors in charge of administering the vaccine at SMP 160 Ceger, expressed her gratitude to SCTV. She is grateful because SCTV has supported and disseminated social activities initiated by AO Care and the Health Department as vaccine providers.

"The enthusiasm of the residents regarding vaccination is very good, because many have registered and queued for the vaccine since morning. The public's awareness of the vaccine is already very high and is no longer influenced by hoaxes about the Covid-19 vaccine," added Doctor Rina.

After SMP 160 Ceger, the Xtraordinary Vaccine will continue at Tanah Abang Health Center on Wednesday (18/8) with the administration of the vaccine to 100 people. SCTV also distributed limited edition free masks for the 31st anniversary of SCTV to residents who have received the vaccine and invited them to wear double masks and continue to follow health protocols.

The participants of this mobile vaccine are residents registered in the Jakarta Kini (JAKI) application. Later, the Xtraordinary Vaccine journey will end at Kramat Jati Health Center-East Jakarta on Monday (23/8) with a target of 300 participants.
