Virgoun was arrested by the police for drug possession. He was caught red-handed while using the drug known as sabu with his female friend in a boarding house.

12 years later, Virgoun used the illegal substance again. This time, he used crystal meth.
Apparently, Virgoun's reason for using drugs again was to lose weight. Meanwhile, his female friend wanted to increase stamina.
When arrested by the police, Virgoun appeared thinner than before. He seemed very down during the entire hearing process.
