Anji and Wina Natalia got married in July 2012. After 12 years of marriage, Anji and Wina were blessed with two children.
Unfortunately, their marriage is currently on the rocks. Wina Natalia has just filed for divorce against Anji.
This was confirmed by Dadang Karim, the spokesperson for the Cibinong Religious Court. He stated that the lawsuit against Anji was registered today (21/5/2024).
"Yes, the lawsuit on behalf of Wina Natalia against Erdian Aji Prihartanto has been registered. Based on the application we have, it has been registered as of today by his wife," said Dadang when met by the media at the Cibinong Religious Court, West Java.
Wina Natalia filed the lawsuit online represented by her legal counsel. Since it has just been registered, it is not yet known when the first session of the mediation agenda will be held.
"Filing the lawsuit online through legal representation. So, because it was registered today, maybe it will take a few more days to find out the schedule of the session," said Dadang Karim.
In her divorce lawsuit, Wina Natalia only requested a divorce. Regarding further details, the court refused to disclose as it has entered the realm of litigation.
"If you read from the title of the lawsuit, it's only a divorce lawsuit. That's the information I can provide. (The cause) has already entered the court's jurisdiction," said Dadang Karim.
Furthermore, the Cibinong Religious Court does not yet know when the first trial will be held because the new lawsuit has just been filed. However, in the mediation, the Panel of Judges will try to reconcile.
