"If it's verbal, I'm already full. If it's physical, he once threw a dish sponge at my face, almost punched me in front of my child who is only 10 months old," said Vinessa Inez at the FYP event, as reported by the TRANS 7 Lifestyle Youtube channel.

This experience made her feel unsafe and unvalued as a wife and mother. Vinessa added that the incident where Ryan almost hit her directly in front of their child became a turning point in her mind.

"(The peak of patience) Yes, it was almost a raw punch. I thought, wow if it's like this, he must not care about the child. I no longer think he might change," she concluded.

Vinessa Inez bravely shared her experience as a victim of domestic violence. This could be an encouragement for women.   "So it encourages women who experience violence. I share my story because I was able to rise up, so there’s no need to stay down for too long. I don’t suggest anything bad, but if you’ve experienced physical violence, think again about the future," she concluded.
