The alleged immoral case involving Vadel Badjideh continues at the South Jakarta District Court. The follow-up hearing held on Wednesday (2/7/2025) brought Nikita Mirzani face to face again with the man she reported.

In the closed hearing, both Nikita and her daughter, Laura Meizani alias Lolly, were present to provide testimony as the reporters. After the hearing, Nikita revealed that she had met directly with Vadel. Read the full story below!

"Met," Nikita replied briefly when asked if she had a chance to confront Vadel directly in court.

Although the hearing was closed and not attended by the media, Nikita mentioned that there was communication between her and Vadel outside the courtroom.   "It's a secret, right? Since the hearing is closed, it's a secret," she revealed when met after the hearing.

However, what was quite surprising was that Nikita admitted that Vadel had apologized to her during that brief meeting. She did not deny that the apology indeed came from the defendant.   "Yes, there must be, since it was a mistake, there must be," Nikita stated firmly.

Nevertheless, Nikita did not elaborate further on the content of their conversation. She remains steadfast in undergoing the ongoing legal process for the sake of justice for her child.

This case began with a report from Nikita to the South Jakarta Metro Police in September 2024. Vadel was reported on charges of intercourse and abortion against Lolly, who was still a minor at that time.

The legal process is expected to continue in the coming weeks. Nikita hopes this case can provide justice and a deterrent effect for perpetrators of violence against minors.
