Ria Ricis is known as a content creator, actress, and celebrity with a multitude of activities. However, who would have thought that this mother of one once taught at a kindergarten school managed by her sister, Oki Setiana Dewi.
This fact was revealed when the 28-year-old woman and Oki were met in the Bintaro area, South Tangerang. The 34-year-old woman revealed that her sister had taught several times at her school and the students there really missed Ricis's presence. Here are the details.
“Her students want Mrs. Icis to teach. But Mrs. Icis does teach sometimes,” said Oki Setiana Dewi, who is also known as a preacher and actress, on Friday (24/1/2025).
Ria Ricis confirmed this. She even joked that those who are curious about her teaching style can enroll their children in that school. "Curious, right? That's why register your child at this school, exclusive only in the class," said Ricis with a smile.
Although she is better known in the entertainment world, Ricis actually has relevant experience for teaching. She explained that before helping her older sister, she had participated in training and wrote a guidebook for children to learn.
"The lessons are pretty normal, just like a typical kindergarten, because before this school I had also undergone some training, and there is a book so that children can learn," Ricis explained.
Oki also added that Ricis, who has an educational background in communication, is very suitable for teaching speaking skills to children. According to Oki, this aims to build their self-confidence from an early age.
"Coincidentally, Icis is studying communication, so we want our children to be active in speaking. Ricis teaches public speaking so that the children become brave," added Oki.
When asked about her experience teaching, Ricis admitted that she really enjoys it. She feels that teaching children is a fun experience. "It's really fun," said Ricis.
