Artist Shyalimar Malik received a Valentine's gift of IDR 2.5 billion. Interestingly, this gift is not for her to keep but to be shared with netizens through a giveaway. Through her personal Instagram account, Shyalimar will give $400 to the selected winner.

Shyalimar considers the giveaways she provides to her followers not as a way to show off her wealth.
"If I were arrogant, it wouldn't be like this. What would be considered arrogant? I share with those who follow and subscribe to me. Arrogant from which side?" said Shyalimar Malik in Tendean, South Jakarta, on Monday (8/3/2021).
Shyalimar said that this money-sharing action will continue until the end of the year.
"(Until) December 2021. This is impromptu every live (on Instagram) so the time is uncertain. $400 a month, just for fun, depending on my mood," she said.
Among celebrities, a figure who often does giveaways is Baim Wong. This father of one is known for being an artist who likes to give gifts through giveaways. So, is what Shyalimar Malik is doing an attempt to compete with Baim Wong?
"I don't have any thoughts of competing with Baim Wong, as long as there is fortune I will share it, if not, I will look for it to have it," Shyalimar Malik concluded.
