This letter of declaration serves as a solution because Kalina's father cannot attend the wedding ceremony due to still being sick after being exposed to Covid-19. The news was conveyed by Satria Bayu Aji, Kalina's younger brother.

1. Already Signed

"This is the letter of declaration as a guardian. This is what Kak Vicky requested and it was signed on February 25," said the man known as Bayu, when met at his residence in Pondok Cabe, South Tangerang, on Monday (8/3/2021).

According to Bayu, the letter of declaration as a guardian was signed one day after Vicky visited his father's house.

2. Vicky Arrives

"Kak Vicky arrived, the next day I told Papa, this is a message from Kak Vicky, finally Papa read it and signed it," said Bayu.

However, the letter of declaration of guardianship has not been signed by witnesses and there is no agreement on who the witnesses and guardians will be as a replacement for Kalina's father.

3. Been Waiting

"Kak Vicky said yesterday that he wanted to come here and take this letter, and my father wants to talk about who will be the witness later. But we've been waiting until this evening and there's no news," he said.

It should be noted that Vicky Prasetyo's plan to marry Kalina Octaranny on February 21, 2021, was postponed due to the lack of approval from Kalina's father. Vicky then postponed his wedding day to March 13, 2021.
