Not only accompanying her husband as a speaker at the World Bank conference, Annisa also has her own agenda, which is to socialize about low-cost apartments (rusun).
"In addition, the main agenda of this visit to the Indonesian Embassy is to socialize to the Diaspora about the ownership of low-cost apartments (rusun) in Indonesia," she wrote on Instagram.
Annisa and AHY both wore batik while they were there. The design is not fancy but the outfit made Annisa look elegant and also reflected the culture of the nation.
Annisa also had the opportunity to meet and talk with young Indonesians there, both students and college students. She admitted that she was happy to have that opportunity.
She also visited a cafe owned by an Indonesian. Annisa praised the cafe for its concept as a second home for its customers.
"The food and drinks menu are very interesting, there is a menu called 'Empanada' which is typical of Latin America, similar to Panada/Pastel or Samosa. There is also my favorite, 'Piscok' or Chocolate Banana, a snack from my school days, and various coffee menu using 'beans' from various islands in Indonesia," she said on Instagram.
He also visited the Iwojima monument. According to Annisa, this monument is a symbol of American heroism when occupying the strategic position of Iwojima on Mount Suribachi during World War.
