Kapanlagi.com - The case involving Nikita Mirzani's daughter, Lolly, continues with the follow-up medical examination at Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital (RSCM). The spokesperson for the South Jakarta Metro Police, AKP Nurma Dewi, confirmed that this additional examination was requested by the doctor to gather more evidence.
"Please allow me to provide the latest update today regarding NM's daughter, as requested by the RSCM doctor for a follow-up examination. Today, the follow-up examination for NM's daughter has been conducted at RSCM," said Nurma Dewi at the South Jakarta Police Station on Monday (30/9/2024).
The follow-up examination took place on September 30, 2024, under the supervision of a team of medical experts at RSCM. Previously, the preliminary examination results had been received, but additional examination was necessary to obtain more comprehensive evidence.
"Yes, the preliminary examination results were released yesterday. To observe and draw conclusions, more evidence needs to be gathered," she said.
According to Nurma, this examination is important to support medical observations regarding the alleged immoral acts reported by Nikita Mirzani against Vadel Badjideh.
"So what NM reported regarding the alleged immoral acts. Then from the doctor or from the hospital, the experts observe and conclude that there must be a lot of evidence, and that is what the additional forensic examination is for, to increase the existing evidence," she said.
Nurma Dewi also mentioned that this process is supervised by lawyer LM, and is accompanied by a team from PPPA and PPA South Jakarta Police.
"So LM was accompanied by legal counsel. So from LM, they were accompanied by legal counsel, then from PPPA, and then from PPA South Jakarta Police who accompanied them,"
Nurma added that the results of this forensic examination will serve as evidence to assist in further investigation processes. However, she could not provide further statements regarding the possibility of Vadel becoming a suspect, as that decision depends on the results of the investigators' further investigation.
"Let’s just wait and see, so the evidence, the witnesses have been examined and collected by the investigators," concluded Nurma.
