Kapanlagi.com - Artist Catherine Wilson responds to her husband's statement, Idham Mase, who accuses her of being a disobedient wife. The woman, who is affectionately called Keket, is accused of frequently going out and allegedly not obeying her husband.
Based on that, the household she built collapsed and she finally decided to separate from her husband for the past year. The accusation doesn't bother her too much because she believes that everyone has the right to express their opinion.
"Yes, people can say whatever they want. I mean, people have the freedom to say A or B," said Catherine Wilson when met at the Depok Religious Court, West Java, on Wednesday (17/4/2024).
Keket asks her husband to provide evidence for all the accusations addressed to her during their divorce trial. The 43-year-old woman believes that she has fulfilled her duties as a good wife throughout their marriage.
"But here, we must have proof. Well, I just pray that the truth will be revealed," she said.
"If the evidence only indicates a disobedient wife, a wife who has violated the norms of marriage, all of that must be proven with authentic evidence," added Dody Hariyanto, Keket's legal representative.
Keket herself admits that she no longer wants to escalate the conflict with Idham Mase. Currently, the former wife of Achmad Muchlas Arofat only wants her divorce trial to be concluded with Idham Mase.
"Well, I am ready for whatever the outcome may be, I just want to proceed with the trial," Catherine Wilson concluded.
As known, Catherine Wilson and Idham Mase got married in October 2022. Suddenly, Idham Mase filed for divorce to the Depok Religious Court, West Java.
Unfortunately, as the plaintiff, Idham Mase never once attended the trial. Eventually, the court dropped the lawsuit.
Not long after, Keket finally filed for divorce against her husband. The trial between them is still ongoing at the Depok Religious Court, West Java.
