Deep sadness could not be hidden from the face of Aditya Zoni as he recounted the current condition of his brother, Ammar Zoni, who is now incarcerated in Nusakambangan Prison. Together with his foster mother, Titik Haryanti, Aditya faithfully accompanied Ammar's trial, which was held online. Aditya admitted that his heart ached to hear various news about the treatment Ammar received in prison.

As a younger sibling, he feels powerless because he cannot do much to alleviate his brother's suffering. He expressed this when met after the trial at the Central Jakarta District Court on Thursday (6/11/2025).
"What does it feel like to be a younger sibling, especially with so many news reports about Bang Ammar's leg cramps, then being handcuffed, oh my. What can I say about the feelings of a younger sibling, it's just like that," said Aditya Zoni.
Ammar's foster mother, Titik Haryanti, even added more heartbreaking details. The strict treatment inside the prison makes Ammar experience things that are considered inhumane."Even just to drink, his eyes are covered," added Titik Haryanti.
Aditya Zoni agreed with the statement, describing how he felt as a younger brother, shattered into pieces. The pain was so real for him every time he imagined his brother's condition.
"Even just wanting to drink, his eyes are closed like that. So yes, it really has to be, as a younger brother, if you ask how it feels, it hurts a lot, that's definitely how it is," added Aditya.
Even though the desire to visit is so great, Aditya and his family must hold back. They realize there are standard operating procedures (SOP) that must be respected and cannot be violated."I want to visit directly. Wow! But we can't. If this is allowed to go there, we will leave," he concluded.
