Andy R.H. Gultom, as the legal representative of Adly Fairuz, emphasized that there are no elements of breach of contract in this case. He stated that his client never made an agreement that created specific legal obligations.

The allegations of fraud are also deemed unprovable in concrete terms. All arguments in the lawsuit are described as assumptive and not supported by legal facts.

2. Adly's Position in the Disputed Case

According to the explanation from the legal representative, Adly's role was merely to assist communication between the parties. He is said to have never received or controlled the funds that are currently in dispute.

Every action taken is claimed to be based on good faith. Therefore, the accusation of malicious intent is considered unfounded.

The legal representative also highlighted the legal standing of the plaintiff in this case. The funds in question are said not to belong directly to the plaintiff, which raises legal anomalies.
