Icel Ngotot Continues Anrez Adelio's Case Even Though Due Date Is Just 3 Days Away

The struggle of Friceilda Prillea alias Icel in seeking justice deserves a thumbs up. Even though she is heavily pregnant and just days away from giving birth, Icel remains determined to pursue legal action regarding her report against Anrez Adelio.

Icel revealed that her Expected Due Date (HPL) is on January 10, 2026, which means there are only three days left from when she underwent an examination at the Metro Jaya Police. Her physical condition has also started to decline with frequent false and real contractions.

"Actually, the doctor has advised total bed rest, not to think too much. But what can I do, this is for my dignity too," said Icel when met at the Metro Jaya Police, South Jakarta, Wednesday (06/01/2026).

Icel admitted to often experiencing spots and stomach cramps due to stress thinking about this case. However, she does not want to delay the legal process for fear that her case will stagnate or even be forgotten.

"I don’t want this to drag on. I want there to be a light at the end of this tunnel by the time my child is born," she hopes.

Santo Nababan, as her legal counsel, greatly appreciates his client's resilience. He also tries to facilitate the examination to be as comfortable as possible for Icel, considering her vulnerable condition.

"We ask the investigators to take it slow, to give breaks if Icel feels overwhelmed. Thank God the investigators are cooperative," said Santo.

This case has gained attention due to allegations of sexual violence committed by a public figure. Anrez Adelio is accused of forcing Icel to engage in sexual relations under threat, an act that violates the integrity of women.

Icel hopes that her bravery in reporting can inspire other victims of sexual violence to not be afraid to speak out, even in difficult circumstances.

"Don't be afraid to report. We must be brave to fight back," Icel's message concluded the discussion.
