Ahmad Dhani is Sad His Instagram is Now Managed by Mulan Jameela, Must Persuade Wife to Make Posts

Following the hacking incident that harmed many parties, Ahmad Dhani no longer has full freedom over his Instagram account. His wife, Mulan Jameela, decided to take control of the account for security reasons.

Mulan Jameela apparently reprimanded Dhani regarding his
posts before the account was hacked. As a form of protection, Mulan now holds all login access. Check out the full interview of Ahmad Dhani with KapanLagi.com below!

"For sure, I got scolded by my family, especially by my wife because of that last post. 'You keep posting things like that,' she said. And now my account is really managed by my wife," said Ahmad Dhani when met in the Kemang area, South Jakarta, Wednesday (6/5/2026).

Ahmad Dhani admitted to feeling quite sad about this decision because he still wants to actively share his thoughts. However, he cannot do much because access is now tightly guarded by his wife.

"I can't access it now, Ms. Mulan. I have to charm her tonight. Oh, I'm so sad. I actually wanted to post again," Dhani joked.

The process of recovering the account is being carried out by Mulan Jameela with the help of Meta. This is done to make the account protection more sophisticated and not easily breached by hackers again.

"It's not taking over, I'm not tech-savvy. The people from Meta are the ones recovering the account, reactivating it together with Ms. Mulan. So all the passwords are held by Ms. Mulan," he explained.

When asked about when the account will be returned to him, Dhani could not yet confirm. Everything depends on the outcome of his conversation with Mulan later tonight.

"I don't know, I don't know. Because it depends on the negotiation later. But earlier I have already implemented a protection that should be sophisticated enough to not be hacked again," concluded Dhani.
