Ahmad Dhani is not staying silent regarding the hacking of his Instagram account, which has resulted in fraud. Together with his lawyer, Aldwin Rahadian, the frontman of Dewa 19 plans to visit the police to file an official report.
This case is considered serious because it involves illegal access and public losses.
Aldwin Rahadian stated that they are currently gathering supporting evidence to strengthen the report.
"Yes, we will report this tomorrow because there are already members of the public who have been harmed, some have transferred money and so on. We will certainly resolve this legally," said Aldwin Rahadian when met in the Kemang area, South Jakarta, on Wednesday (6/5/2026).
Ahmad Dhani himself admitted that he was already aware of the perpetrator's existence based on coordination with related parties. The identity of the perpetrator is said to be part of a network that has often carried out similar actions.
"I don't know, supposedly according to people from Meta, this is a syndicate. But the position has been identified, the position of the one who did it has been identified. We just don't know this, we never know what the motive is, what kind of motive," said Ahmad Dhani.
Aldwin plans to invite the victims who have been deceived to report together. This is done so that the handling of the case can proceed more quickly and the perpetrator can be captured immediately.
"Yes, later we will be together with the victim to report. I will invite them because there is also their legal representative who has contacted us, so we willreport together," explained Aldwin.
The party is considering reporting this case to the National Police Headquarters given Ahmad Dhani's position as a public official. Protection for the accounts of state officials is a key point that is highlighted.
"Definitely, definitely will file a report. We'll see later, we'll see later. It could be at the National Police Headquarters, so we will see tomorrow while also preparing the evidence and coordinating with the victim who will report," concluded Aldwin.
