Aldi Taher Shares How His Family Cares for His Mother Who is Battling Stroke

Kapanlagi.com - With a busy schedule as a public figure and businessman, Aldi Taher still prioritizes the care of his mother who is fighting against stroke. He revealed that all family members take turns caring for and accompanying their mother during her recovery period.

Aldi stated that his mother's diet is now being monitored very strictly. All food is prepared without frying and adjusted to her health condition.

"Mom can no longer have fried food; everything is boiled. So Mom has to eat blended smoothly," said Aldi Taher when met in the Senayan area, Saturday (4/7/2026).

In addition to undergoing medical treatment, Aldi also provides herbal supplements like honey and fruits. According to him, prayers and family support are also an important part of the healing process.

"Herbal honey. Yes, herbal is synonymous with natural, right? Like dragon fruit, honey, fruits. With my prayers, reading the Qur'an, that makes Mom happy. Because the Qur'an is a healing, a medicine," he said.

1. Taking Turns to Accompany Mother

Aldi expressed that he, along with his siblings, always shares the responsibility of accompanying their mother. If one of them is working, the other family members will take over, assisted by the accompanying nurse.

"Mother teaches us to always be united as siblings. That’s what we always instill. We all pray very much and encourage Mother. Yes, because our Mother is our life, our angel, our heaven," said Aldi.

2. Want to Take Mother Around the World

As a cancer survivor, Aldi admits to understanding the struggle of someone facing illness. Because of that, he wants to continue to provide encouragement so that their mother remains happy and optimistic during her recovery.

"So we pray, God willing, Mother will be healthy. And God willing, we want to take Mother on a trip around the world because my Mother was active during her lifetime. Masya Allah, our role model, our example," he concluded.
