Andhara Early Chooses Divorce with Bugi for Mental Health

Kapanlagi.com - Behind her always blooming smile, Andhara Early actually hides a struggle against anxiety disorder. This condition began to be detected during the COVID-19 pandemic, although she suspected the symptoms had existed long before.

The emotional pressure she experienced during her marriage also triggered the emergence of this disorder. Andhara admitted to often feeling excessive anxiety, a racing heart, and shortness of breath when facing family problems.

"Any thoughts that can come to us can be a trigger for someone experiencing anxiety. Family issues... maybe it could be," said Andhara when met in the Mampang area, South Jakarta, on Monday (05/01/2026).

The decision to divorce Bugi Ramadhana is acknowledged by Andhara as one of the steps to recover her mental health. She realized that all this time she had been too busy taking care of others, forgetting her own needs.

"So many things that I feel like maybe throughout my life I've given so much to others. So I haven't been kind to myself. That I actually need to be paid more attention to," she explained.

3. Andhara Early Feels Relieved After Divorce

Andhara, who grew up in a broken home, feels a great responsibility to maintain the integrity of her own family. However, this burden has backfired on her mental health.

Now, after officially getting divorced, Andhara feels more relieved and emotionally stable. She chooses to engage in self-healing through journaling and breathwork, without relying on medication.

"God willing, God willing, yes. I mean, maybe there is... it cannot be denied that there is a burden that has been lifted from me," she concluded.
